Over 30 years of work, Ms Gandhi has advised clients in the fields of banking and financial services with a focus on tax advisory, tax audits and direct tax litigations. She also specialises in advisory and assurance for Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), corporate advisory, succession planning and family arrangements.

Ms Desai has over 28 years of experience. Her areas of practice include corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions — advisory and valuations, direct tax advisory, succession planning and family arrangements.

Mr Doshi has over 22 years of experience in corporate tax and international tax advisory, direct tax litigation and tax and transfer pricing audits.

Mr Padmani is a chartered accountant with over 8 years of experience in the field of direct taxation (including international taxation), which involves advisory, compliance, representation before various Tax Authorities and litigations, and also audit and assurance.

Mr. Karra has over 47 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance, corporate advisory, direct tax litigation, international taxation and FEMA. He has considerable knowledge in the field of sports management, both at a macro and micro level.

Mr. Sundar has over 44 years of experience. His areas of practice include advisory services in the fields of corporate, direct tax and investment. He also specializes in audit and assurance services.

Mrs. Raji has worked as a CFO for 19 years in the information technology industry. Later joined the practice and over past17 years of practice, Mrs. Raji has acquired expertise in the fields of audit and assurance – especially bank audits and has first-hand knowledge of consolidation of subsidiary companies and corporate advisory services.

Mr. Lade is a chartered accountant with over 6 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance, corporate and tax advisory services. He also specializes in startup consultancy services.

With five 5 of post-qualification experience, Mr. Reddy has gained experience in the fields of audit and assurance, finance consultancy services and corporate advisory.

Mr. Lokesh has over 4 years of experience in the corporate advisory , consultancy services, audit and assurance services.

Mr. Jayesh N. Parikh has over 39 years of experience in Direct Taxation and audit of companies. His areas of practice include statutory audit, internal audit, management audit, stock audit, direct tax litigations, and certification work.

Mr. Devang A. Doctor has approximately 39 years of experience in financial advisory, including project finance, loan syndication, audit and assurance, and strategic consultancy. He is Past Chairman of the Ahmedabad Branch of ICAI and has served as Chairman of the Banking and Finance Committee at the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Nirav R. Choksi has over 24 years of experience in Direct Taxation, GST, forensic audits, and strategic advisory. He has deep expertise in forensic and investigative audits, handling complex financial fraud cases, and has played a key role in strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks for various organisations. He served as Chairman of the Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI (2018–19).

CA Dr. Anjali Choksi has over 24 years of experience in Insolvency Resolution, Business Valuation, Corporate Advisory, and Governance. She has led multiple Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) before NCLT Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Mumbai, and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of listed and unlisted companies. She holds the distinction of being the First Woman Chairperson of the ICAI Ahmedabad Branch and currently serves as the First Woman President of the Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad.
